Mr. Patrick S.T. Ko, MA, MICM, AAIA, CPA-Practising (HK), Dip of Insolvency

Group Director & General Manager of SQC companies - Mr. Patrick Ko graduated from The Macquarie University, Australia with an Master of Arts degree, major in Marketing Management. He has qualified to be a member of the Institute of Credit Management in UK. In addition, he has obtained the memberships of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of International Accountants (AIA) in UK, and also a member of Insolvency Interest Group (IIG) in HKICPA and a member of International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL International).

For the past 22 years, he has equipped ample of experience in Credit Risk and Receivable Management. He was the Director of Operations in the Receivable Management in Dun & Bradstreet. He not only gained thorough experience in the operations of Credit and Receivable Management Consultancy, but also developed solid skills and knowledge in business development, sales and marketing. He was the Head of the Credit Department for a listed corporation in HK. He has responsible for Billing, Credit & Receivable Management, Leasing, Insurance and Ad Hoc Project Management with government bodies. He was the third-intake graduated for "Diploma of Insolvency" being held by HKICPA in 2006.

Mr. Stanley So, FCCA, CPA -Practising (HK), Insolvency Practitioner (Dip of Insol)

Chief Operating Officer (SQC CPA Ltd) - Stanley So, has been qualified as member of HKICPA over 25 years. In addition to accounting, auditing & corporate consultant, he was interesting in personal bankruptcy, compulsory liquidation, members’ & creditor’s voluntary winding up. He was the "first-intake graduated" for "Diploma of Insolvency" being held by HKICPA in 2001. For the past few years, he acted as a corporate doctor to help various clients to return around the business and provided recommendations to maximize the profitability for his clienteles.

Mr. Alvin Chow, FCCA, CPA-Practising (HK), MSCA, MPA, Insolvency Practitioner (Dip of Insol)

General Manager (SQC CPA Ltd) - Alvin Chow, has been qualified as member of ACCA & HKICPA in 1986 & 1988 respectively. He further strengthened his expertise by completing a “Master of Professional Accounting” from HK Polytechnic University in 2000. He developed his accountant’s career from top tier accounting & commercial corporations, including Price Waterhouse, Kowloon Motor Bus and Mentholatum.  In recent years he has been developing his specialty in Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency. Audit Manager (SQC CPA Ltd) – Michael Yam, has been qualified as member of HKICPA & the member of Australia Society of Accountants in 1971. He has been a qualified Auditor in Macau, Special Administration Region, PR China. For the past 35 years, he has provided full range of accounting, auditing & taxation service to thousands & thousands customers in different industries. He has very high reputation in the field of CPA either in HK & Macau.  

Mr. Dicky Au, BA, PMP, Dip of Accounting

Senior Manager - Dicky graduated form National Taiwan University, with a Bachelor of Arts, major in Philosophy in 2000 and also finished the course of Project Management Professional in 2003. Currently, he is the Head of Training & Seminar division & leads a team of accounting & business consultants to provide solutions for our clienteles in taxation, accounting, auditing, business planning, human resource recruitment, labour secondment and etc.

Ms.  Mimi Y. W. Li, BA, Dip of China Business

Sales Manager - Mimi LI graduated from the University of Manitoba, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts, major in Economy. She has spent about 15 years in the business development of Credit Risk and Receivable Management. She started her career in a US listed consultancy firm as Sales Executive. She was the top performer for the years and consecutively obtained the honor of "Top Sales of the Month" and "Sales Contest for the Year". Before, she joined our corporation; she was in the position of Strategic Account Manager in Receivable Management Division, responsible for business development and customer retention programs among MNCs, local listed companies and strategic clienteles.

Mr. Guo Xiao Hui, CICPA, AIA

Chief Consultant  (PRC) - Mr. Guo graduated from South-western Financial & Economy University China, having working in Fortune 500 Unilever (Diverseylever) Company as Credit Controller , Auditor, MRP Project Manager, Planning & Importing Manager. He moved into business consulting industry in 2004 , specializing in Tax ,Customs , Investment Policy research and Trouble Shooting. He has been awarded as “Being Known for our INTEGRITY ” in 2001 by Unilever (Diverseylever).

Mr. Jason K. M. Lee, ACCA, CPA -Practising (HK)

Corporate Consultant- Jason Lee is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in United Kingdom. Mr. Lee has worked in the auditing, accounting and taxation for over 18 years. which let him to accumulate in-depth experience in these industries. He specializes in auditing and taxation in Hong Kong.

Mr. Kenneth Leung, BBA, Insolvency Practitioner

Head of Insolvency - Kenneth acquired his bachelor degree of Commerce from the University of Birmingham of England in 1984, Kenneth engaged in management level of various commercial fields in Hong Kong namely banking, insurance, manufacturing, retailing and exporting etc. where he gained abundant commercial management experience.   In 1993, Kenneth joined Ferrier Hodgson, an international CPA firm which specializes in insolvency matters and had been with this firm for ten years.  During this ten years, he has been involved in large corporate insolvencies across a broad range of industries including stock broking, information technology, manufacturing, publishing and catering.  Kenneth also involved in a number of cross-boarder insolvency cases where he had established effective connection with various authorities and professional firms.   Kenneth had also involved a workout of a private construction company by way of a scheme of arrangement.

Mr. Stanley Lee, MBA

Corporate Trainer - Stanley has recently been focusing on studying change as well as impacts in aspects of society, economy, and political areas and made some recommendation for meeting the challenges.  He was frequently invited by various organizations, including Labor Department and Training Department of HKSAR Government, China Light & Power Limited, McDonalds Restaurant, and The Hong Kong Society for the Aged. Besides, Mr. Lee has been a lecturer of various education institutes since 1998, including Hong Kong University- SPACE, Hong Kong Productivity Council, and Hong Kong Management Association and University of Wales, UK, responsible for conducting a variety of training programs, including management, finance, strategic planning, business plan, and corporate communication.

Ms. Tiffany Chong, BBA.

Assistant Manager - Tiffany graduated form Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor degree of China Business Studies, majoring in Marketing, Business Management in China, Legal Aspects of China Business and International Trade and Investment in China. During her studies, the University has recommended her to Chicago, USA, participating market development in 2006. She got a precious opportunity to participate in an internship program for SCM from 2005 to 2007. Practical experience while pursuing degree helps her to obtain Global Vision with China Focus. Now she is responsible for business development in Overseas and China markets.

Ms Mintz Fu, B Technology Mgmt. 

Management Trainee - Mintz graduated from University Technology Malaysia with a Bachelor degree of Technology Management (Finance).  While working toward her bachelor degree, she was employed as a marketing assistant with a second board listed firm in Malaysia. She was proactively participated in College activity and be assigned as a Project leader in Business Leadership Program 2006, Project leader in University Commencement’s Program 2006. She has been nominated by AIESEC to join our company for the exchange program from 2008 to 2009.

Chief Partner, Lawyer - He also graduated in Xiang Tam University, Faculty of Law. After he obtained the qualification of registered lawyer in PRC, he has been hired by "Xiangnan Law Office of Hunan Tongcheng Lawyers Group". In addition to his practicing in law firm, he has employed as in-house legal counsel in some listed and government owned companies: including military manufacturing; electronic manufacturing and chain store management. She has practiced her legal knowledge at Arbitration Court in Shenzhen City Chamber & ShiXing County Court's Criminal Court and Civil Court respectively. Before she joined our law firm, she was the Legal Assistant at Guangdong Sheng Tang Law Firm.

Ms. Zheng Wei Ling, BBA

Accounting Manager – she graduated from Guangdong Radio & TV University, major in Accounting, in 2002. Thereafter, she has performed different roles in commercial, manufacturing, trading & service industries, including Cashier, Chief Accountant & Finance Manager respectively. Mr. Philip Li, LLB, PCLL

Principal - With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Philip Li is a reputable lawyer within the legal field and is widely well known as a vocal reformist, having served on the Hong Kong Law Society Council in 1994 and having run for the Legislative Council in 1995.  He is often interviewed in many major newspapers, TV and radio, both locally and internationally. He got a degree of Bachelor of Laws in the HK University in 1981, and Post-Graduate Certificate in Laws (H.K.U.) .

He admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong in 1984 and a solicitor of the U.K.. He was the former Council Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong (94-95). Currently, he is the  Senior Member of Civil Litigation Committee (since 1993) and the Member of Criminal Law & Procedure Committee (since 2000). In additional, he has invited to be the Honorary Legal Adviser to the Hong Kong Journalist Association for 10 years (1991 - 2001).
