Help client set up recruitment procedure, remuneration package, performance control, newcomer training & coaching. 1. Help client set up data base, calculate payroll, attendant monitoring, data filing i.e. pay-slip, tax return, deposit receipt, payment records & etc,. 2. Analyze & monitor the records, data & document to fulfill the local tax ordinance and labor law in different provinces, districts, cities and villages. 3. Use computerized system to save cost in human resources aspect.
