  Job Specification Analysis

 1. To build up the job and position objective, role and responsibility, analyze the necessitate knowledge, skill and technical know-how.

 2. Help client set up recruitment procedure, remuneration package, performance control, newcomer training & coaching.   

HR System Refreshment

 1. Help client set up data base, calculate payroll, attendant monitoring, data filing i.e. pay-slip, tax return, deposit receipt, payment records & etc,.

 2. Analyze & monitor the records, data & document to fulfill the local tax ordinance and labor law in different provinces, districts, cities and villages.

 3. Use computerized system to save cost in human resources aspect.  

Labor Arbitration & Litigation 

 1. Provide advise for labor's insurance, remunerations, leave & rest, and any other issues to fulfill the legal requirement & statutory demands. 

 2. Offer training, coaching, briefing sections to client's employee during disputation between parties.

 3. Offer lawyers, human resources expertise to resolve the disputations between the employer and employee, to issue notice and / or legal letter for related parties.
